L’UNIONE CULTURALE CATTOLICA SLOVENA

è stata costituita a Gorizia nel 1959 su iniziativa del sacerdote e musicista prof. Mirko Filej, che è stato anche il primo presidente della stessa. Attualmente riunisce venti associazioni culturali che operano nella provincia di Gorizia e Udine e si ispirano ai valori della democrazia, pluralismo ideologico e cattolicesimo. Sin dalla sua nascita l’Unione si è posta come programma di attività anche la promozione di iniziative culturali a più ampio respiro con la partecipazione di tutte le associate.
